The devil and all his works
Collage on vintage postcard, 4.25x6.5, 2025
A lot of my work is about my experience as a woman, in this globalized world that is melting away.
Though it takes different forms, it's hard for me to define what I do. Some days I feel connected and clear, other days I have no clue. But what stays constant is my need to observe — both my inner world and the world around me, finding little stories to tell.
I’m an independent filmmaker, photographer and illustrator living in Seattle for the past decade. I was born in Chile, to French-Chilean parents, and raised in Costa Rica, where I developed my practice in the 90s. I'm a part of the Love & Anxiety Collective, through which I contribute with illustrations and photography for social causes, from climate awareness to immigration. As filmmaker some of my work has gathered attention including my first feature documentary Órbita (premiere at SANFIC 2023), and Cerca (best short film at CRFIC 2015)
