Stacie LeBlanc
Imbolc (the time between winter and spring)
Acryla gouache, watercolor and metallic gouache, 13.5 x 13.5 x 1.5, 2026, $900
The focus of my painting for many years has been to depict the ethereal, mystical images from my dreams and imagination, and give form to elemental, unexplained forces.
A recent series of paintings deals with ideas combining ancient celestial motifs and contemporary concepts about time’s direction (and it’s impact on us), physics, enigmatic beings, magic, and the historical veil between our world and what we suspect might exist but cannot prove.

Stacie LeBlanc was born in Seattle, and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting at UW, Seattle.
Stacie primarily uses water-based mediums on watercolor paper. She incorporates personal symbols into her work, and includes a hint of surrealism.
Stacie has shown her work at the Downtown Bellingham Gallery Alley, the Copper Wolf Gallery, Gallery North in Edmonds, the Domicile Gallery, Parklane Gallery in Kirkland, the Madison Park Art Walk, Jansen Art Center, and the Anacortes Arts Fair, and taught art for Bellevue School District for 11 years.
